LLM is an acronym denoting Master of Laws, also recognized by its distinguished Latin counterpart, Legum Magister. It represents a postgraduate pursuit undertaken by erudite Law scholars subsequent to the acquisition of a bachelors degree from an esteemed institution of higher learning.

INTAKE & RESERVATION
20 seats – Corporate Law
20 seats – ADR
20 seats – Criminal Law
The reservation policy of Govt of NCT of Delhi is applied for allocation of seats to various categories. The reservation policy stipulates 10% seats for “Management Quota”. Out of the remaining 90%, 85% seats are reserved for Delhi candidates and 15% for outside Delhi candidates. Further reservation for specific categories is as per the guidelines of Government of NCT of Delhi.
ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA
LL.B Degree as required by the Bar Council of India for Enrollment as an Advocate or an equivalent Law Degree from a Foreign University, with not less than 55% marks.
ADMISSION CRITERIA
All applicants are required to appear in Common Law Admission Test – Postgraduate (CLAT – PG) that is conducted by National Law University on a rotational basis. The University shall not conduct its own CET for admissions, but shall be utilizing the merit prepared on the basis of (CLAT – PG) Merit for its admissions.
EXAMINATION & EVALUATION
Institute follows the curriculum as laid down by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The examination and evaluation is carried out according to the scheme laid down by the University. Every paper is of 100 marks. In every paper for 60 % weightage, the evaluation is done through Term End Examination conducted by the University; and for 40% weightage evaluation is carried out through internal/continuous evaluation by the respective faculty within the institute. The degree of LLM to successful students is awarded by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi.
FEES STRUCTURE
The Institute follows the fee structure as prescribed for the MBA programme for this Institute by the State Fee Regulatory Committee. Fee structure for MBA comprises of the following elements:
