Job Summary:
The Head – Placements shall lead the Corporate Relations and Placement Office by developing strategic industry partnerships, facilitating internships and final placements, enhancing student employability, and achieving institutional placement objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual placement and internship strategies.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with corporate organizations, industry associations,and recruiters.
  • Organize campus recruitment drives, pre-placement talks, internships, and industry interaction programmes.
  • Conduct employability enhancement initiatives, including aptitude training, mock interviews, resume-building, and soft skills workshops.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to align student competencies with industry requirements.
  • Maintain placement statistics, recruiter database, MIS, and annual placement reports.
  • Promote industry-academia collaboration through guest lectures, live projects, MoUs, and consultancy opportunities.
  • Monitor placement performance and recommend continuous improvement measures.
  • Represent the Institute at corporate networking events and recruitment forums.
Qualifications:
MBA or equivalent from a recognized university with 8–12 years of experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations, preferably in a higher educational institution.

HEAD – ADMISSIONS
Job Summary:
The Head – Admissions shall lead the admissions function by planning and executing student recruitment strategies, managing counselling operations, and ensuring achievement of admission targets in compliance with university and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement annual admission strategies.
  • Lead and supervise the admissions and counselling team.
  • Monitor enquiry generation, lead conversion, and admission targets.
  • Plan outreach activities, seminars, school visits, and education fairs.
  • Coordinate with marketing agencies for admission campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with admission policies.
  • Maintain admission MIS, CRM, and performance reports.
  • Develop initiatives to improve applicant experience and conversion rates.
  • Liaise with academic departments regarding programme-specific admissions.
Qualifications:
MBA or Master's Degree in a relevant discipline with 8 years or more of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational marketing, preferably in higher education.

IQAC (NAAC/NBA) HEAD
Job Summary:
The IQAC Head shall lead institutional quality assurance initiatives, accreditation processes, and ranking exercises while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the functioning of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell.
  • Coordinate NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AISHE, and other quality initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit AQAR, SSR, accreditation reports, and compliance documents.
  • Conduct academic and administrative audits.
  • Develop institutional quality benchmarks and monitoring mechanisms.
  • Coordinate data collection and documentation across departments.
  • Organize quality assurance workshops and orientation programmes.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory reports.
  • Recommend continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in any discipline; Ph.D. preferred, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in accreditation, quality assurance, or academic administration in a higher educational institution.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
Job Summary:
The System Administrator shall manage the Institute's IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and provide technical support to ensure uninterrupted institutional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers and network infrastructure.
  • Administer Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Manage ERP, LMS, email services, and cloud applications.
  • Ensure network security, firewall management, antivirus protection, and regular backups.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
  • Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and licensing records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and procurement.
  • Implement cybersecurity best practices and disaster recovery procedures.
Qualifications:
B.Tech./BCA/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology with 3–5 years of experience in system administration, network management, and IT infrastructure support.

ADMISSION COUNSELLOR
Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor shall assist prospective students and parents throughout the admission process while ensuring timely follow-up, effective counselling, and achievement of admission targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding academic programmes and admission procedures.
  • Handle enquiries through telephone, email, website, and walk-in interactions.
  • Conduct regular follow-up with prospective applicants.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and admission database.
  • Assist applicants in completing admission formalities.
  • Participate in admission campaigns, school visits, and education fairs.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative departments during admissions.
  • Prepare periodic admission reports.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline with 1–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, customer service, or educational marketing.

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
Job Summary:
The Social Media Executive shall be responsible for planning, creating, and managing digital content to enhance the Institute's online visibility, engagement, and brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage official social media platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars.
  • Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and graphic design activities.
  • Monitor social media analytics and campaign performance.
  • Respond to online queries and maintain digital engagement.
  • Coordinate with departments to showcase academic and student achievements.
  • Ensure consistency of institutional branding across digital platforms.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related discipline with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management. Knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools will be an added advantage.

COMPUTER LAB ASSISTANT
Job Summary:
The Computer Lab Assistant shall support the effective functioning of computer laboratories by maintaining hardware, software, and networking resources while assisting faculty and students during laboratory sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain computer laboratories and peripheral devices.
  • Install, configure, and update software applications.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist faculty during practical classes and examinations.

Job Summary:
The Visiting Psychologist shall provide professional psychological counselling and mental health support to students, promoting emotional well-being, resilience, and a healthy campus environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct confidential individual and group counselling sessions.
  • Assess students experiencing emotional, behavioural, or academic concerns.
  • Organize workshops on stress management, emotional wellness, and life skills.
  • Provide crisis intervention and referrals to specialized mental health professionals when necessary.
  • Maintain confidential counselling records in accordance with ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with faculty and student support services to promote student well-being.

Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Psychology/Clinical Psychology/Counselling Psychology with relevant professional registration (where applicable) and at least 3 years of counselling experience, preferably in an educational institution.
