EMPLOYEE REGISTRATION FORM- NON TEACHING

REGISTRAR:
  • Masters’ degree with at least 55% Marks or its equivalent grade ‘B’ in the UGC 7 Point Scale from a recognized University/Institute.
  • Minimum of 15 years of Experience in the educational administration will be preferred or Comparable Experience in research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education
  • Experience in computerized administration/legal/financial/establishment matters

HEAD ADMISSIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree in any field with Masters Degree in Management / Computer Science
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in the same area
  • Good linkages with institutes of repute
  • Knowledge of Ms-Office, Social Media etc

LIBRARIAN:
  • Master’s Degree in Library Science Documentation or an equivalent Professional Degree with at least 55%
  • Master’s Degree in Library Science Documentation or an equivalent Professional Degree with at least 55%
  • At least 10 years experience working in a library at Higher Education

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years experience in social media management
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Able to explain complex social media data in an understandable way
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Google Ad words, SEO Management, advertising platform is required
  • Must have advance knowledge of handling Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linked IN, You Tube
  • Desired knowledge of Website Management

PA TO DIRECTOR (MALE):
Must be graduate from any recognized University. Should have min. 2 years exp. in similar role. Well versed with Short Hand, MS Office with good typing speed.

OFFICE EXECUTIVE:
Qualification: Must be graduate from any recognized University. Experience: Should have min. 2 years exp. in similar role. Well versed with MS Office with good typing speed& Knowledge of handling ERP System.

ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR:
Must be graduate from any recognized University. Should have 0-3 years of exp. in the same field. Should possess good interpersonal and communication skills with strong convincing attitude and pleasing personality. Well versed with MS Office.

ADMISSIONS EXECUTIVE:
Must be graduate from any recognized University. Should have min. 2 years exp. in similar role. Well versed with call handling, data management and MS Office with good typing speed.

PSYCHOLOGIST (PT):
Must be Graduate/Master/diploma degree in psychology from any recognized University. Must possess an inquisitiveness in the field of evolving psychology and good knowledge of psychometric Assessment. Familiarity with student counseling and advising practices. Min exp required 2 years in the same field.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER:
Must have done Diploma or Certificate course in Graphic/Motion Designing. Must be well versed with Software’s like Indesign, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Visual Graphics. Min exp required 2 years in the same field.
