UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMMES OFFERED AT CLS-GIBS

Integrated BA LLB (H)

The Bachelor of Arts - Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) course is a five year integrated law degree for 10+2 pass aspirants to acquire legal degree and become law professionals. The law degree is an integration of Arts and Law subjects. Therefore, as part of the BA LLB course, the candidates study subjects including Economics, History, Political Science, Sociology along with law subjects like Civil Law, Criminal Law, Labour Law, Tax Law, Administrative Law, Corporate Law, Patent Law etc. Moreover, candidates are taught about law case studies, moot courts, law internships, seminars and interactions with retired judges from High courts and the Supreme Court of India.

Upon completion of the programme the students can register themselves with Bar Council of India and practice as lawyers or join legal/judicial services.

Integrated BBA LLB (H)

Bachelor of Business Administration & Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) is a Five Year integrated undergraduate programme designed for 10+2 pass aspirants to acquire legal degree and become law professionals. As part of a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) LLB course aspirants are first taught Commerce subjects such as Principles of Management, Financial Accounting, Computer Applications, Effective Communication, etc. Thereafter, aspirants are taught law subjects such as Law of Torts, Family Law, Constitutional Law, Property Law, Company Law, Administrative Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, and the likes. On completion of the course, the students can register themselves with Bar Council of India and practice as lawyers or join legal/judicial services.
