Academic and Professional Experience:
A hard working and a diligent personality, Mr. Rajesh S Pyngavil has 4 years of teaching experience, 6 years of Industry experience as well as the associate ship with Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad). Prior to joining academics, Mr. Pyngavil was associated with IT corporate houses such as WIPRO and DATAPRO as a HR expert. He started his teaching career as a faculty with DC School of Management, Kerala and then joined IIM (A) as Faculty Associate in HRM area. He had written four case studies, three articles and two research projects which are funded by IIM (A). He is co-authoring a book titled Business Environment – A Global Perspective with Prof. Ashok Kumar Sharma.
