Ever since its inception in the year 2004, the Gitarattan International Business School has been instrumental in providing quality education and is now a well acclaimed name in the Indian B-school arena, situated in the prime locality of New Delhi. The Institute has all necessary approvals from the statutory bodies of the Central Government and Govt of NCT of Delhi. For management programmes it is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and for law programmes by Bar Council of India. The Institute follows academic curriculum as laid down by the affiliating university, namely, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha (GGSIP) University, Delhi.

Institute has been sustaining quality norms and standards for infrastructure, faculty, library and computing resources as laid down by AICTE; and for this the Institute has been graded in category ‘A’ for the last four successive years by the Joint Assessment Committee of GGSIP University and the Govt of NCT of Delhi. The Institute has also been delivering high quality academic inputs; these efforts are acclaimed by the Academic Audit Cell of GGSIP University by grading the Institute in Category ‘A’ for the last five successive years. The State Fee Regulatory Committee, which assesses institutions for quality and other parameters, has also assessed the Institute in Category A+ from 2013-14 onwards. Gitarattan is recognised under section 2 (f) of UGC Act 1956.

Institute endeavours to prepare men and women of high caliber with intellectually, emotionally and psychologically strong leadership abilities. Management continuously scans the environment and upgrades systems, processes, facilities and technologies to support changing requirements for delivering quality education.
