GiBS has a state of the art, fully computerized and air-conditioned library that is well equipped with latest edition of Management & IT Books of Indian and International authors, Business Magazines, National Journals & International Journals, Encyclopedia, and Educational CDs etc.
The Central library provides access to e-journals through EBSCO database and plans to become a member of UGC- INFONET through ERNET. The mission of the giBS library is to provide timely, reliable and comprehensive information to the students and the faculties.
Library covers the area of 250 square meters. It has a spacious reading room with a seating capacity of more than 60.

The Library also has a vast collection of reference books such as Handbooks, Encyclopedias, Thesaurus, Yearbook, Census, Dictionaries, and Subject Dictionaries etc.
The Library housekeeping Operations are computerized. Search Accession provides information about resources available in the library with the help of SmartLib (server) (4.07.net) & library management software designed by SysSoft.
We are also providing book bank facility to all our students in each semester, by means of which the students obtain full set of textbooks. |
